Competitive Trade-In Program
The Competitive Trade-In Program enables customers and prospects to replace competitive multi-gas devices with G8, helping accelerate competitive wins and fleet expansion.
Eligible Trade-In Devices
Trade-ins are accepted for functioning competitive multi-gas detectors from manufacturers including Crowcon, Honeywell, Drager, MSA, Gas Clip, GfG, RKI, Scientific, Teledyne (GMI), and others.
Trade-In Offer Options
Option 1: Per-Device Trade-In Rebate (minimum of 10 devices)
A rebate is applied per eligible device traded in, issued as a credit on the Blackline invoice.

Option 2: Free Dock (minimum of 20 devices)
Convert 20 competitive multi-gas detectors and receive 1 Blackline Dock at no charge.
Option 3: Free Remote Speaker Mic (RSM) (minimum of 5 devices)
Convert 5 competitive multi-gas detectors and receive 1 RSM at no charge.
How It Works
Submit Trade-In Request

Channel Partner or Blackline Safety Rep complete request form here

Include trade-in option

Include proof via photo of competitive device id’s.

Blackline Channel team receives form submission
to partnersupport@blacklinesafety.com and issues a Refresher
Program (RP) number via email within 24-48 hours -
Customer has 120 days from RP approval to submit PO
Approval & Credit Review
Blackline confirms:

Eligible devices (based on photo submission of device id’s)

Quantities
-
Trade-in credit amount
Purchase Order Submitted to orders@blacklinesafety.com
PO must include:

Approved RP number

Trade-In SKU (TRADE-IN CREDIT) as a line item

Description specifying the selected option.

o For options 2 and 3, include the free
accessory SKU with a price of $0. (e.g., DOCK-P-NA $0)

Requests without an RP number will not be processed
Order Processing

Trade-in credit is entered as a negative line item

Order total updates automatically
Important: Credits cannot exceed the order value
Order Complete

Customer receives new Blackline devices

Trade-in credit appears on the final Blackline invoic
Terms & Conditions

Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions or special pricing

All trade-ins are subject to verification. Non-compliance or improper use of the promotion for purposes other than conversion will result in restriction from participation.

Proof of competitive device conversion is required, including serial numbers.

Limit the quantity of units purchased

Modify or cancel this program at any time

If multiple cartridge types are ordered, the lowest-priced cartridge will be used for the promotion
